Ingredients (for 6-8 servings):

Base:

  • 200 g whole wheat or Maria biscuits

  • 80 g melted butter

Filling:

  • 500 g Vanilla-flavored Greek Yogurt (preferably your favorite brand 😉)

  • 250 g cream cheese

  • 3 tablespoons of honey or sweetener to taste

  • 10 g unflavored gelatin (1 sachet) dissolved in 50 ml hot water

Decoration (optional):

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries)

  • A few mint leaves

  • An extra dollop of yogurt on top


Step-by-step instructions:

1. Prepare the base

Crush the biscuits until they are a fine powder. Mix with the melted butter until you get a sandy dough. Pour into a springform pan and press with a spoon to form the base. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Make the filling

In a bowl, mix the Vanilla Greek Yogurt with the cream cheese and honey until smooth and creamy. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.

3. Pour and refrigerate

Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) until set.

4. Decorate and serve
